This Privacy Policy is intended to described how we collect, use and disclose information from you, including through websites operated by us from which you are accessing this Privacy Policy (the “Websites”), through the software applications made available by us for use on or through computers and mobile devices (the “Apps”), through our social media pages (“Social Media Pages”), as well as through email messages that we send to you that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively the Websites, Apps, Social Media Pages and applicable emails are referred to as the “Services”) Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.   • Information Required to Complete the Registration Process for Services.

Money Maker Skills may decide to make certain features or services offered within the Services subject to registration requirements. To use those areas of the Money Maker Skills Services (e.g., areas through which you can submit content to the Registration-Based Services), you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, username and password. Money Maker Skills may also compile a subscription list to which you could voluntarily submit your name, mailing address and/or email address. If you disclose any Personally Identifiable Information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with the Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

C. Information We Automatically Collect through our Services.

We and our service providers collect the following types of information automatically when you use the Services:

  • Log Information.

When you use our Services, our servers automatically record information, including your Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), browser type, referring URLs (e.g., the site you visited before coming to our Services), number of clicks, and how you interact with links on the Services, domain names associated with your internet service provider, pages viewed, and other such information (collectively, “Log File Information”). We may also collect similar information from emails sent to you which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. We use Log File Information collected from our implementation of the Services to further our legitimate interests in securing the Services by identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, and in analyzing the effectiveness of our Services to improve the Services’ function and content.

When you use or access the Services, we use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies such as pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information about how you use the Services. 3. How We Use Your Personally Identifiable Information.

A. Use of Personally Identifiable Information.

We and our service providers may use Personally Identifiable Information for our legitimate business interests, including the following:

  1. to carry out our obligations arising from your membership, or any other contract entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and membership services that you request from us;
  2. to organize events that you have purchased or registered for, and to provide you with information, and other materials, relating to the content of the event, the speakers, sponsors and other attendees;
  3. to provide our newsletter and other publications, provided you have given your consent;
  4. to respond to your questions and provide related membership services;

  • Advertising.Money Maker Skills incorporates remarketing by utilizing third party vendors (such as Google) to display content specific advertisements to visitors who have previously visited the Money Maker Skills Services and/or expressed interest in the Money Maker Skills services when such visitors go to other websites that also incorporate similar remarketing tools. Money Maker Skills and other third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize and serve ads based on user’s past visits to the Money Maker Skills Services.
    • Remarketing is a way for Money Maker Skills to connect to Money Maker Skills users based upon such users’ past interactions with Money Maker Skills. Third-party vendors (such as Google) may show Money Maker Skills ads on other sites on the Web.

  • Companies Involved in Merger and Acquisition Transactions.In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. Moreover, if Money Maker Skills, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, user data would be one of the assets that is reviewed and transferred or acquired by a third party.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the partner, affiliate, or other third party websites you choose to visit.

8. Retention.

We will retain Personally Identifiable Information about you for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which Personally Identifiable Information about you has been collected as outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law.
